ORDERS PLACED AS SHIPPING BUT YOU WANTED TO PICK-UP:
Most shipping orders tend to go out the same day they were placed. If you have already received tracking information for an order meant for local pickup, please be aware we can no longer fulfill the order as a pickup. This is because your order was most likely sent out and we cannot fulfill an order twice. You will need to wait for the order to arrive at your residence. *Shipping costs after this point will not be refunded!!!!*
ORDERS PLACED FOR PICKUP BUT YOU WANTED TO HAVE IT SHIPPED:
Unfortunately we don’t have any way (yet) to charge for shipping after an order has been finalized. If you accidentally placed a local pickup order and need to have it shipped, please place the order again on our website. After the new order is placed, please email [email protected] and request an order cancellation. We will need your order number to process a refund.
NOTE: **Crowlers, cocktails, to-go drafts, and bottles will automatically push an order to local pickup. These items will not ship, no exceptions.**
It comes with extreme excitement to announce a soft re-opening of our outdoor Beer Garden starting on Monday, 6/22! Please carefully read through the following guidelines to ensure your safety & the safety of everyone around you!
BEER GARDEN GUIDELINES:
MASKS – *MASKS MUST BE ON AT ALL TIMES* unless you are SEATED your table. Masks required in restrooms, at the local pickup table, and while walking around the courtyard.
SOCIAL DISTANCING – All guests must comply to the 6 feet social distancing rule when not seated. If there is a line for the bathroom, please go to your table & wait for the line to thin out. There is no standing permitted at the table as this violates the social distance protocols.
TABLE LAYOUT – Each table in the Beer Garden are measured and placed 6-feet apart. Tables cannot be moved or combined to comply with the guidelines. Max capacity of each table is 6 guests. If you have a larger party, please know that you will be separated. There is no standing permitted while consuming beverages.
GLASSWARE FORMAT – For sanitary reasons, all beers will be served in 9oz & 12oz compostable plastic cups. Sample, flights/4oz pours will not be available to avoid unnecessary waste.
OUTSIDE FOOD – All outside food & drink is NOT permitted during this beginning phase!! We’re working with a few favorite local businesses to set up food pop-ups in the courtyard, visit our Instagram to see who’s on-site that day. Small bar snacks & N/A beverages will be available for purchase.
PETS/KIDS – Kids of all ages are welcome to the Beer Garden, but must remain seated at your table at all times. All pets must be on a leash & remain by your side if you bring them along.
TABLE SERVICE – Seating in the courtyard is available as first come, first served during Phase 2. However, this is subject to change as we navigate this new normal. All guests must wait at the front gate to be seated by a staff member. Our bartenders will serve you at your table, we ask that you do not walk up & order. This is so we can avoid lines and crowding while waiting for beers. If the courtyard is full, consider a to-go drink. To-go drinks are not to be consumed in the courtyard if you do not have a seat or in front of the business. Consuming open container drinks is illegal in NYC and can put our license at risk. We love to brew beer and we hope to continue to do so. Please do your part and consume to-go drinks in a safe and legal spot.

Yes! We now accept credit card payments on-site. For safety reasons we will not take cash as payments. But of course, feel free to tip our staff with cash!
Visit us at shop.eviltwin.dk and fill your cart with your desired items. For local pickup you may add 4-packs of beer, crowlers, cocktails, to-go drinks and merch to your order. **At checkout, fill out all fields with your information.** If you do not fill billing AND shipping details, you will not see any ‘Local Pickup’ option. After these fields are completely filled, choose your ‘shipping option’ and be sure that it says ‘Local Pickup’. Any crowlers, bottles, or cocktails added to your cart automatically pushes the shipping/pickup option to “Local Pickup”.
Yes, however, we do ask that you pickup within 3 days as we have very limited space at our brewery. All orders are subject to cancellation after 7 days. After that time, your order may be restocked for sale.
All new releases become available exclusively for pre-order on Thursdays at 3pm. Please keep in mind that you cannot pick up new beers on Thursday. All pickups for new releases begin on Fridays at 12pm. Be sure to check out our recent Instagram posts for any details regarding pickup or preorder changes.
Visit us at shop.eviltwin.nyc and fill your cart with your desired items. Please be aware you may ONLY ship 4-packs via UPS. For quality assurance and legal reasons, we do not ship bottles, crowlers, or cocktails. If you attempt to place a delivery order with these items, it will automatically switch to Local Pickup and this will delay your order.
Typically it will take 2-3 business days after placing the order. Due to the high volume of orders received on new release days, orders placed on Thursday/Friday may not ship out until Saturday. You should receive tracking information from UPS in your email. If you are missing tracking, this means we are still processing your order or you might have chosen “Local Pickup” at checkout. Crowlers and bottles will not ship due to quality assurance reasons. It is currently illegal for us to ship cocktails as well. These are only available for local pickup or delivery through GrubHub.
We’re currently looking into shipping outside our home state of New York. We have recently opened up shipping to D.C.!

We currently have a GrubHub account where you can have beers delivered to your doorstep! Although we wish we could extend the delivery radius on this service, GrubHub creates their own geofence in which deliveries are accepted. Please be aware we cannot change delivery zones no matter how hard we try!
Yes! We can deliver merchandise all over the continental U.S. Visit our webstore to place an order. Shipping is typically 3-4 days.
Our taproom/brewery is located on a very small residential road in Queens. Because of this, we cannot offer car drop-off as it may cause complications on our street.
We have a small selection of bar snacks available for purchase in the Taproom and a rotating food truck or food pop-up option daily. Check our social media accounts for updates.
Absolutely, our staff loves when we have canine visitors! We do ask that you control your pup while inside the taproom and out in the courtyard. If your pup likes to make a lot of conversation, please keep them outdoors as the greenhouse has quite an echo. And although we totally know your pup is the best, not everyone wants your dog to come up to them! Please be respectful of others and keep your four-legged friend on a leash at all times while you visit us.
We are located steps away from the Halsey (L) stop, a short walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff (L/M) or you can take the B26 Bus to Halsey/Wyckoff or the Q39 Bus to Forest Ave/Myrtle Ave.
We do not have a dedicated parking lot, however, there is ample street parking available in the neighborhood.

Yes, we have a Merch Counter in the Taproom where you can purchase our cans and crowlers to go as well as Evil Twin swag to take home with you.
Our packaged beer can be purchased on-site with a credit card OR you can order ahead of time on our website, shop.eviltwin.dk. The local pickup window is open 7 days a week. Visit our homepage for hours.
Unfortunately any to-go beers may not be consumed on-premise, however, we do have a section of 20 taps for your enjoyment on-site!
