Both the Ridgewood and DUMBO taprooms have 20 rotating draft lines with an array of beverage options. On tap alone, we offer a wide range of oak-aged lagers, hazy ‘n hoppy IPA’s, fruited sours, pastry stouts, barrel-aged dark beers, Evil Water hard seltzers, and more. In addition to our brews, we offer natural wines, NYS hard ciders, and tiki-inspired frozen + draft cocktails. Non-alcoholic sparkling waters and craft sodas can also be purchased at the taprooms. Both taprooms offer small snack options, but feel free to bring outside food to either taproom. The Ridgewood location has a Claudia’s Cafe pop-up every Thursday-Monday (check our social media accounts for possible bad weather closures). We do not, however we fill our own 32oz aluminum crowlers. Crowlers have a longer shelf life and stay fresher! Keep crowlers stored in the fridge and consume within 3-4 weeks.
While we don’t sell a set priced ‘flight’, all of the 20 drafts and the frozen cocktails can be purchased as a 5oz taster pour. Tasters are served on colorful vintage lunch trays – up to 5 can be ordered at a time! Prices will vary depending on the brew.

Due to legal restrictions, we can only ship beer to residents in New York, Pennsylvania, and D.C. Attempting to place an order out of our legal state zones will automatically set your order to ‘local pickup’.

For quality assurance and legal reasons, we do not ship bottles, crowlers, or cocktails. Orders containing these items will automatically switch to ‘local pickup’.
How long will shipping take?
All orders placed for shipping between Thursday-Sunday will be packed and shipped out on the following Monday. Orders placed between Monday-Wednesday will ship out on Thursday (Friday for the month of February 2023). You will receive tracking information from UPS the day your package will be shipped out. Normal shipping time is between 1-2 business days! Once your beers arrive, we highly recommend keeping all beers refrigerated for highest quality. Valid 21+ ID matching the name on the shipping label is legally required at the time of delivery.

I made a mistake on my order / want to cancel my shipping order, now what?

*All online preorders made on the webshop can only be picked up at Ridgewood. We will not fulfill online preorders at DUMBO. Cans can be purchased on-site at both locations.*
Where to place an online local pickup preorder:
Visit us at shop.eviltwin.nyc and fill your cart with your desired items. At checkout, choose ‘Local Pickup’.
If you don’t see ‘Local Pickup’ as an option:
At checkout, fill out all fields with your information. If you do not fill both billing and shipping details, you will not see the ‘Local Pickup’ option. After these fields are completely filled, local pickup will become an option at checkout. Bottles added to your cart will automatically set your order to ‘Local Pickup’ as we do not ship glass products.
How to place a preorder for new releases:
All new releases become available on the webshop for preorder every Thursday afternoon. Check our IG stories for updates on when these go live. Pickups for new releases begin on Fridays at 12pm. Preorders can only be picked up at the Ridgewood taproom.
Preorders placed for shipping that have new releases will be packed and shipped on the following Monday. Be sure to check out our recent Instagram posts for any details regarding pickup or preorder changes.

How long you have to pickup:
All orders must be picked up within 3 days or they are subject to cancellation.
We do not have a dedicated parking lot, however, there is ample street parking available in the neighborhood.
There is limited timed and metered street parking available in the neighborhood. Parking garages are available on Main St (just before our entrance) or along Front St.
We are located just a few short steps off the Halsey St (L) stop, a 5 minute walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave (L/M) or you can take the B26 bus to Halsey/Wyckoff or the Q39 bus to Forest Ave/Myrtle Ave.
The Brooklyn taproom is located about 0.2 miles from the York St (F) and 0.3 miles from the High St (A/C) trains. The Water St/Main St B25 bus is just around the corner from our front doors.
No!! We do not take any reservations at either location – both taprooms operate as normal first come, first served walk-up bar service.
Service dogs and well behaved non-service dogs are welcome at the taprooms. And while we totally know your pup is the best, not everyone wants to be near your dog – please be respectful of others and keep your four-legged friend on a leash at all times while you visit us.
Claudia’s Cafe is a permanent food truck parked only at our Ridgewood location. Neither taproom has a kitchen, but you are welcome to bring your own food in from outside.

All items are final sale with the exception of apparel. Apparel may be exchanged on-site ONLY if unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. We will not exchange apparel via mail. Apparel is not returnable.

Yes, we offer 2 different types of gift cards.
Webshop Gift Cards exclusively for online orders can be purchased here. These cannot be used on-site at the taprooms.
Gift cards for any and all on-site draft beer, canned 4pks, merchandise, and more can be purchased here or at both the Ridgewood and DUMBO taprooms. These cannot be used for online purchases.
Yes, both locations are wheelchair accessible. Please notify an on-site manager for assistance if needed.
Children are welcome provided they are supervised by a responsible adult and are well behaved.
While our beers are not gluten-free, we do produce Evil Water hard seltzers, made in the same fashion and flavors as our beers. These seltzers are fermented on cane sugar and do not contain gluten. These are seasonally offered on draft and in canned 4-packs at the taprooms. In addition to those are a range of frozen and draft cocktails, natural wines, and NYS hard ciders that we serve in each taproom!
We do not offer tours of the brewery at this time. However, we’d be happy to answer any questions about our space during your visit!
