Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout / 16% / A blend of 2 Side Project stouts; ‘Owk’ aged 21 months in Willet 4yr Rye barrels & ‘Vibes’ aged 18 months in Buffalo Trace Mash Bill #2 barrels. Then, blended with 2 Evil Twin stouts aged 57 months in Balcones Distilling Blue Corn Whiskey barrels. Conditioned on raw macadamia nuts & Mexican vanilla.
