At Evil Twin Brewing each employee and guest have the right to be themselves and to be treated with the utmost respect. We are committed to providing a space and environment without fear or discrimination. Offensive language, abusive behavior and harassment that negatively impacts our employees and/or guests is not and will not be tolerated.

Employees who breach the Code of Conduct through inappropriate behavior against co-workers, guests or others may be subject to disciplinary action including termination.

It is encouraged that employees who feel they may have been subjected to any form of harassment or discrimination that is inconsistent with our Code of Conduct and the organizations dedication to diversity and inclusion can and should report it to management.
