At Evil Twin Brewing each employee and guest have the right to be themselves and to be treated with the utmost respect. Guests who showcase any unwanted and inappropriate behavior or contact to others may be asked to leave the premises.

Employees who breach the Code of Conduct through inappropriate behavior against co-workers, guests or others may be subject to disciplinary action including termination.

It is encouraged that employees who feel they may have been subjected to any form of harassment or discrimination that is inconsistent with our Code of Conduct and the organizations dedication to diversity and inclusion can and should report it to management.
